Nigeria: Please do keep Nigeria in your prayers as violence and persecution continues to grip central and northern states with outlawed Islamic sect Boko Haram intent on causing unrest across the north to further their agenda to have Sharia law instated across the country.
As we hear these frequent and dreadful reports we, who are Christians described in the Bible as being ‘of the household of faith’, must act by lifting up these situations to God in prayer. Please pray for those injured and those who are mourning. Pray also for the governing authorities – that they would have integrity and determination to uphold the law and guard religious freedom. We also encouraged you to pray for the Islamic militants.
